Arrests

•Lonzell O. Holmes, 18, of 200 Boutte Estates Dr., Apt. 266 in Boutte was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with possession of marijuana, illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple cruelty to animals, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, prohibited acts and false representation of a controlled dangerous substance.

•Vida B. Holmes, 40, of 200 Boutte Estates Dr., Apt. 266 in Boutte was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with possession of marijuana, illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple cruelty to animals, prohibited acts and false representation of a controlled dangerous substance, and on a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.

•Ralph Degree, 50, of 200 Boutte Estates Dr., Apt. 266 in Boutte was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with possession of marijuana, illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple cruelty to animals.

Theft

•A CD player, valued at $400, was stolen from a vehicle at 220 Luke Dr. in Des Allemands on Sept. 30.

•Five handguns were stolen from 111 Laura Lane in Destrehan on Sept. 28.

•A brass water meter, valued at $500, was stolen from WPA Road in Des Allemands on Sept. 29.

•Assorted tools, valued at $292, were stolen from 221 Park Ave. in New Sarpy on Sept. 30.

•A 2000 Honda XR100, valued at $1100, was stolen from 107 Michael Dr. in Des Allemands on Sept. 30.

•A six gallon boat gas tank with hoses, valued at $100, was stolen from 330 Up the Bayou Rd. in Des Allemands on Sept. 30.

•A CD player, valued at $400, was stolen from 319 Evelyn Dr. in Luling on Oct. 3.

•A framed mirror, two lamps, a 13” TV and a shower curtain, valued at $465, was stolen from 120 Diamond St. in Norco.
