Arrests
•Lamar Narcissen, 22, of 29 Meadows Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Dec. 7 and charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled dangerous substance.
•Carl Evans, 20, of 320 Second St. in St. Rose was arrested on Dec. 12 and charged with aggravated assault.
•Penny Mizell, 37, of 259 Carolyn Dr. in New Sarpy was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with attempted 2nd degree murder.
•Benjamin Thorne Jr., 57, of 6027 N. Galvez St. in New Orleans was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with theft of goods under $300.
•Bobby Terrell, 18, of 502 East Club Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on a warrant on Dec. 6 and charged with attempted second degree murder.
•Shannon Gonzales, 33, of 100 Glenn St. in Bourg was arrested on Dec. 7 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, hit and run, no insurance and on a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Lonnie Lee Henderson, 39, of 920 Cameron Court in Kenner was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with DWI (second offense), unlawful refusal of chemical test, reckless operation, open alcohol container, driving under suspension, possession of hydrocodone.
•Joas Eduardo Salinas, 23, of 6200 Aekel St. Apt. 540 in Metairie was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with DWI, careless operation and no driver’s license.
Theft
•An undetermined amount of money was stolen from 304 E. Club Dr. Apt. A in St. Rose on Dec. 7.
•Beer and cigarettes, valued at $320, was stolen from 13366 Highway 90 on Dec. 7.
•A bottle of medication and $900 in U.S. Currency was stolen from a purse at 103 Acadia Lane in Destrehan on Dec. 9.
•Ten dollars was stolen from a purse at 10405 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on Dec. 8.
•A Honda 4-wheeler, valued at $3,275, was stolen from 101 Sunshine Dr. in Des Allemands on Dec. 7.
•A 4-wheel trailer, valued at $2,000, was stolen from 17000 block of River Road in Montz on Dec. 10.
•A hangbag, valued at $200, was stolen from 1952 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on Dec. 11.
•A laptop computer, valued at $3000, was stolen from 142 Thoroughbred Lane in Montz on Dec. 11.
•A radio face plate, valued at $150, was stolen out of a vehicle at 40 Rosedown in Destrehan on Dec. 11.
