Arrests

•Sharon Jones, 27, of 5155 Barras St. in St. James was arrested on April 4 and charged with DWI, possession of marijuana and illegal tint.

•Leroy Francis, 56, of 3813 Bryant Dr. in Marrero was arrested on April 5 and charged with DWI and ROMV.

•Angel Escalon, 35, of 784 Bonura Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on April 6 and charged with DWI, hit and run, operation of a vehicle without lawful presence, vehicular negligent injury (4 counts), careless operation of a motor vehicle and no driver’s license.

•Adam Epperley, 30, of 4805 West Metairie in Metairie was arrested on April 5 and charged with DWI.

•Timothy Blouin, 47, of 1070 E. Airline Highway in LaPlace was arrested on April 6 and charged with DWI, careless operation, no driver’s license on person, expired insurance, possession of schedule IV narcotic and on a warrant from Jefferson Parish.

•Myron Bolden, 25, of 143 South Kinler St. in Boutte was arrested on April 4 and charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, cruelty to animals and failure to have pit bull microchip registration.

•Howard Brian, 32, of 200 Boutte Estates in Boutte was arrested on April 6 on two warrants, one for aggravated battery and another for remaining after being forbidden.

•Darnell Johnson, 21, of 619 Poplar St. in Thibodaux was arrested on April 4 on a warrant for aggravated battery.

•Mark Martin Sr., 48, of 229 Johnson St. in Ama was arrested on April 8 and charged with second degree battery for domestic violence.

•Justin Paul Vinet, 18, of 1971 West Main St. in Shriever was arrested on April 7 on a warrant for theft of auto over $500.

•Juvenile, 17, of New Sarpy was arrested on April 7 and charged with armed robbery with use of a firearm.

•Dasha Nash, 22, of 13001 US 90 in Boutte was arrested on April 8 and charged with theft of goods under $300.

•Wade Gaubert, 41, of 122 Bayou Estates Dr. in Des Allemands was arrested on April 8 and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer aided solicitation of a minor.

•Jason Burch, 20, of 203 Maryland Dr. in Luling was arrested on April 9 on a warrant for carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

•Travis Joseph, 27, of 237 Goodchildren St. in Boutte was arrested on April 9 and charged with parole violation, introduction of contraband into a penal facility and possession of cocaine.

•Brandon Williams, 25, of 242 Killona Dr. in Killona was arrested on April 10  on a warrant for simple burglary.

•Myrt Tugwell, 30, of 2648 Rome Dr. in Baton Rouge was arrested on April 10 and charged with DWI.

Theft

•Two Dell computer towers, a monitor, mouse and keyboard, valued at $2600, was stolen from a business at 11842 LA 48 in St. Rose on April 9.

•A boy’s bicycle, valued at $300, was stolen from 207 Destrehan Dr. in Destrehan on April 9.

•Seven hundred dollars in U.S. currency, a DVD player, miscellaneous DVDs, a bath robe and slippers, valued at $845, were stolen from 200 Boutte Estates Dr. in Boutte on April 9.

•Three lap top computers, a metal detector, an electric drill, a digital scale, valued at $6,470, was stolen from 13625 LA 18 in Luling on April 8.

•One-hundred fifty dollars in U.S. currency was stolen from a cash register at 14173 U.S. 90 in Boutte on April 7.

•A UCP donation bin of unknown currency was stolen on April 10.

•A firefighter pager, $20 and a CD player, valued at $170, were stolen from vehicles parked at 11760 LA 48 in St. Rose.

•A bicycle, valued at $300, was stolen from 8 Weinning Dr. in Luling on April 4.

•Three hundred dollars was stolen from a coin machine located at 13166 U.S. 90 in Boutte on April 4.

•A padlock, $1,200 in U.S. currency, a sponge, tire scrubbers, leather conditioning towels, quick dry towels, air fresheners, miscellaneous Craftsman tools, 168 piece mechanics tool set and a key ring containing several keys, valued at $1728, were stolen from 108 Lakewood Dr. in Luling on April 4.

•A tailgate, valued at $1,000, was stolen from a truck parked at 292 Up the Bayou Road in Des Allemands on April 6.
