Arrests

•Tommy Franklin, 47, of 151 Ellis St. in Ponchatoula was arrested on July 18 and charged with DWI, obstructing a roadway and open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

•Shelby Beach, 48, of 120 Lambert St. in Houma was arrested on July 20 and charged with DWI, vehicular negligent injury, hit and run, no license plate and careless operation.

•Clarence Bowie, 35, of 5828 General Haig in New Orleans was arrested on July 20 and charged with aggravated assault, disturbing the peace.

•David Diggs, 36, of 2616 South Birchfield St. in Harvey was arrested on July 18 on a warrant and charged with worthless checks under $500.

•Eric Grant, 47, of 293 Daffodil St. in Mt. Airy was arrested on July 19 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace by public intoxication.

•Robert Grosse, 21, of 41120 Merritt Evans in Prarieville was arrested on July 20 and charged with theft of goods under $100.

•William O’Brien, 59, was arrested on July 18 and charged with careless operation and negligent homicide.

•Marc Ramsey, 28, of 100 Anthony Lane in Mandeville was arrested on July 20 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of Psilocybin, possession of a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of Soma, drug paraphernalia and possession of Fiorciet.

•Jared Valence, 20, of 810 Early St. in Paradis was arrested on July 18 on a warrant and charged with possession of stolen things.

•Deshawn Blout, 23, of 219 Diamond in Norco was arrested on July 21 on a warrant and charged with theft of goods.

•Rolando Delatorre, 33, of 1820 Edenborne Ave. in Metairie was arrested on July 21 on a warrant and charged with simple burglary.

•Carl Evans, 21, of 320 Second St. in St. Rose was arrested on July 21 and charged with unauthorized use of an access card asnd theft over $500.

•Robie Knight, 25, of 4219 Odell St. in Baton Rouge was arrested on July 21 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine, possession of MDMA, speeding 75 mph in a 60 mph zone and no driver’s license.

•Juan Morrison, 22, of 3509 Martinque Ave. was arrested on July 21 on a warrant and charged with issuing worthless checks.

•Leandrew Thomas, 23, of 2054 Colorado St. in Baton Rouge was arrested on possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine and possession of MDMA.

•Keman Smith, 47, of 160 Central Ave. in Edgard was arrested on July 24 on a warrant and was charged with stalking.

Thefts

•A bicycle, valued at $150, was stolen from the intersection of LA 48 and Riverbend Dr. in St. Rose on July 23.

•A coi fish, valued at $225, was stolen from 186 E. Oakland St. in St. Rose on July 22.

•A .22 caliber revolver, a .357 caliber revolver, valued at $650, were stolen from 112 Tregle Lane in Des Allemands on July 22.

•Two 8-inch stainless steel cylinders, valued at $20,00, were stolen from 740 CC Road in Montz on July 21.

•A Chevrolet van, valued at $300, was stolen from 21 Sombrero Lane in St. Rose on July 21.

•An air compressor and garden edger, valued at $1,100, were stolen from 21 Sombrero Lane in St. Rose on July 21.

•A Playstation, eight Playstation games, costume jewelry and coins, valued at $990, were stolen from 423 Kinler St. in Boutte on July 20.

•A purse, checkbook, credit cards and $400 were stolen from 2243 Paul Maillard Rd. in Boutte on July 19.

•Miscellaneous medications were stolen from a pharmacy located at 737 LA 52 in Luling on July 18.

•A .38 revolver and 20 gallons of gas were stolen from 336 River Point Dr. in Destrehan on July 19.

•Miscellaneous jewelry, valued at $7,750, was stolen from 220 4th St. in St. Rose on July 19.

•A checkbook, keys and miscellaneous hand tools, valued at $231, were stolen from 130 Kirk Dr. in Paradis on July 23.

•A PSP package and $25 in cash were stolen from 123 Lynn Dr. in Paradis on July 23.

•A Ford F-150, valued at $10,000, was stolen on July 23 in St. Rose.

•A CD case containing 68 CDs, an iPod, a Nintendo DS Lite and a .22 semi-automatic handgun, valued at $1,310, was stolen from a vehicle parked at 738 Barber Rd. in Paradis on July 23.

•A bicycle, valued at $400, was stolen from 516 Steve St. in St. Rose on July 23.
