Arrests
•Donald Guidry Sr., 35, of 604 Greenville in Raceland was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with molestation of a juvenile and aggravated incest.
•Leslie L. Simmons, 27, of 231 Magnolia Ridge in Boutte was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile and possession of ecstasy.
•Kevin M. Dillard, 54, of 1424 Ames Blvd. in Marrero was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with simple battery and possession of hydrocodone.
•Steve A. Legendre, 53, of 13572 Highway 90 in Boutte was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with DWI and open container.
•Curtis Leonard, 34, of 713 Oak St. in St. Rose was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, suspended driver’s license and refusal to submit to chemical testing.
•David P. Ellis Jr., 19, of 41 Firetower Rd. in Natchez, Miss. was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with underage DWI, wearing headphones prohibited and public intimidation.
•Gerald O. Bell, 56, of 512 Lincoln, St. in Simmesport was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Nelson Robinson, 41, of 16545 LA 631 in Des Allemands was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Marco Antonio Ponce Jr., 25, of 1860 Santa Monica St. in Fairfield, Ca. was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, no driver’s license and as as fugitive of the Solano County Sheriff’s Office.
•Traman A. Howard, 26, of 893 LA Highway 18 in Edgard was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, driving under suspension and no driver’s license.
•Kelly S. Sparks, 27, of 12565 Robbie Ave. in Baton Rouge was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with DWI, no inspection sticker, suspended driver’s license and no tail lights.
•Christopher W. White, 26, of 208A E. Thomas St. in Hammond was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with DWI, obstructing public passage, expired insurance and failure to change address on driver’s license within 10 days.
•Richard Walters, 51, of 315 E. 22nd St. in Bartlesville, Okla. was arrested on Feb. 20 and charged with DWI, hit and run, aggravated flight from officer, resisting an officer, simple criminal damage, open container, possession of fireworks, no driver’s license and no evidence of insurance.
•Joshua Tyler, 25, of 107 Martin Luther King Dr. in Baldwin was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with DWI, speeding, possession of marijuana and Lorcet.
•Ralph W. Rutherford Jr., 54, of 7 Bronco Lane in St. Rose was arrested on Feb. 20 and charged with DWI.
•Johnny J. Migues, 26, of 1606 Tupelo St. in Franklin was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with possession of marijuana and Lorcet.
•Scotty M. Sensat, 28, of 172 Annex St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with possession of Mylana and Klonopin, driving under suspension, driver’s license not on person and failure to maintain proper control.
Theft
•Assorted tools, valued at $2,320, were stolen from 256 Tregle Lane in Des Allemands on Feb. 20.
•Two DVDs and a wedding ring, valued at $2,240, were stolen from 210 Arlington Dr. in Luling on Feb. 21.
•An iTouch MP3 player and a Nintendo DS, valued at $380, were stolen from 104 Arlington Ct. in Montz on Feb. 22.
•Two lantern light fixtures, three yard flood lights, a stove and copper tubing were stolen from 36 Cathy St. in Norco on Feb. 25.
•Three cell phones, a CD/DVD case and a portable Playstation video game, valued at $1,450, were stolen from 502 Julia St. in Hahnville on Feb. 25.
•A Haro Monoque bicycle was stolen from 112 Matthew Dr. in Des Allemands.
Copper gutters and scrap pieces, valued at $200, were stolen from 215 W. Harding St. in New Sarpy on Feb. 23.
•A 24-inch TV, an electric deep fryer, an electric skillet, assorted DVDs, assorted tools, three pairs of jeans and two air mattresses were stolen from 17420 LA 48 in Montz on Feb. 23.
