Arrests

• Bobbie Franklin, 26, of 605 Manchester Road in LaPlace, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with aggravated battery. He had an attachment.
• Max Duvernay, 28, of 205 Bernard St. in Ama, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with theft of items valued under $750.
• Marceys Robinson, 39, of 2292 North Central St. in Lutcher, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ibrahim Gray, 31, of 108 East Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense).
• Ira Zeringue, 36, of 160 Old Ferry Road in Luling, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with failing to register and notify as a sex offender. He was a fugitive (four counts).
• Wesley Pherigo, 31, of 738 LA 52 Rd. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with shoplifting $500 to $1,500.
• Samantha Shaw, 18, of 738 LA 52 Rd. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with shoplifting $500-1,500.
• Alqawi Jackson, 20, of 738 LA 52 Rd. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with shoplifting $500 to $1,500.
• Mindy McNew, 30, of 738 LA 52 Rd. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with shoplifting $500 to $1,500, possession of Schedule III (Suboxone) and possession of Schedule III IV (Klonopin). She was a fugitive.
• Randall Mercante, 40, of 14207 Leayn Court in Denham Springs, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with DWI, speeding and approaching emergency vehicle.
• Dakota Theriot, 19, of 35 Goodhope St. in Norco, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with theft of items up to $750.
• Feggin Brown, 31, of 331 Lily St. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with burglary of a movable and resisting arrest by flight.
• Christopher Tingle, 28, of 13377 Jones Road in Ponchatoula, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with stalking.
• Catherine Harvey, 33, of 3034 Sienna Drive in Harvey, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with violation of parole.
• Feggin Brown, 31, of 331 Lily St. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 17 and charged with simple criminal damage $500-$5,000.

Incidents

• A subject stole a leaning post boat seat valued at $700 from a boat parked near U.S. Hwy. 90 in Paradis on Oct. 14.
• A large green wheeled garbage can valued at $240 was stolen from a victim’s residence on Oak Manor Lane in St. Rose on Oct. 14.
• A lawn mower was taken from in front of a victim’s residence on Louis the First St. in Luling on Oct. 13.
• A residence on Kinler St. in Luling was broken into and a laptop computer, a handgun, a pair of Jordan shoes and other items were stolen on Oct. 14.
• A wallet left unattended at a bar on Hwy. 90 in Boutte had $568 removed on Oct. 15.
