Arrests
•Ryan P. Bourgeois, 25, of 206 Fourth St. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with theft $500-$1,500, simple burglary and possession of tools for crime.
•Mary Ann Bourgeois, 59, of 206 Fourth St. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with principle to simple burglary and resisting an officer.
•Jeremy P. Breaux, 23, of 194 Up the Bayou Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on Sept. 15 and charged with DWI, operating under prior suspension and no headlights.
•John H. Tyree, 22, of 34 Belle Grove in Destrehan, was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with theft of goods over $1,500.
•Jose Rodriguez, 36, of 226 Good Children St. in Boutte, was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Jaia Eugene, 26, of 160 First St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with possession and distribution of a verapamil, possession and distribution of hydroxyzine, possession of phendimetrazine, possession of marijuana, obstruction of justice, no license plate, no seat belt and improper equipment on vehicle.
•Jerrick A. Griffin, 45, of 4065 Hollywood St. in Baton Rouge, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with two counts of obtaining drugs with a false prescription.
•Charles Lee Belvin III, 23, of 828 Latiolais Drive in Breaux Bridge, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with aggravated burglary and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Jason J. Dawson, 25, of 350 Davis Drive in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with DWI, speeding, open container, possession of marijuana and prohibited drug paraphernalia.
•Oley J. Autin Jr., 49, of 437 Belmere Luxury Court in Houma, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with home improvement fraud.
•Estmond J. Williams, 22, of 323 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
•Jefferey M. Badeaux, 50, of 136 Gordan St. in Destrehan, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with possession of suboxone and bribery of a public official.
•Derek J. Waguespack, 26, of 542 W. Lawson St. in Destrehan, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with possession of suboxone, a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment and as a fugitive from St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office.
•Willie Lee Murrey Jr., 23, of 602 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with theft $500-$1,500.
•Shannon M. White, 54, of 206 Boykin St. in Houma, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with DWI, speeding, reckless operation and possession of marijuana.
•Travis D. Stewart, 24, of 8013 Monette St. in Metairie, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with DWI and possession of marijuana. Thefts
•A boat cover was stolen from 112 Michael Drive in Des Allemands on Sept. 15.
•A 42-inch TV, a pair of tennis shoes and a set of headphones were stolen from 813 E. Terrace St. in New Sarpy on Sept. 14.
•A bike was stolen from 14905 U.S. 631 in Paradis on Sept. 14.
•A boat motor was stolen from 452 Barber Road in Paradis on Sept. 13.
•A 2008 Honda four wheeler was stolen from 1360 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte on Sept. 13.
•Assorted tools were stolen from 219 Bernard Ave. in Ama on Sept. 13.
•A bag of donated items was stolen from 1601 Paul Maillard Road in Luling on Sept. 11.
•275 gallons of diesel fuel was stolen out of heavy equipment vehicle located at 16302 River Road in Norco on Sept. 11.
•Four bags of donated items were stolen from 1601 Paul Maillard Road in Luling on Sept. 10.
•A cell phone was stolen from 1234 Paul Frederick St. in Luling on Sept. 10.
•Assorted jewelry was stolen from 2416 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on Sept. 9.
•A bicycle was stolen from 341 Woodland Drive in Boutte on Sept. 6.
•A bag of donated items was stolen from 1601 Paul Maillard Road in Luling.
•Assorted credit cards were stolen from a vehicle at 206 Madewood Drive in Destrehan on Sept. 8.
