Arrests
•Dean S. Bird, 34, of 214 Ormond Oaks Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Oct. 29 and charged with theft $500-$1,500, reckless operation, resisting an officer and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.
•Jacob Marius Jr., 46, of 375 Terrio St. in Reserve, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with theft $500-$1,000.
•Jordan Mendez, 23, of 205 Jean St. in Waggaman, was arrested on Oct. 26 and charged with second-degree battery.
•Marlin J. Clark Jr., 37, of 2107 W. Hwy. 287 in Groveton, Texas, was arrested on Oct. 29 and charged with DWI, suspended driver’s license, reckless operation and open container.
•Brandon J. Norfleet, 22, of 424 Wade St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, simple battery and possession of synthetic marijuana.
•Kevin C. Kempff II, 20, of 323 Nottaway Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with possession of lorazepam and possession of buprenophrine.
•Caroline L. Bordelon, 20, of 728 Zinnia Ave. in Metairie, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with possession of lorazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•April E. Moss, 29, of 430 Giacomo St. in Norco, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with possession of alprazolam, possession of crack cocaine, suspended driver’s license and driver’s license not on person.
•Tiva A. Demere, 33, of 917 Kent Ave. in Metairie, was arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with possession of lorcet and possession of marijuana.
•Charles Alvarez, 28, of 136 Redgros Lane in Paradis, was arrested on Oct. 24 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of ecstasy, suspended driver’s license, criminal sanctions for operations, no owner vehicle registration, illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and two St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachments.
•Sarah White, 22, of 303 Valencia Drive in Luling,was arrested on Oct. 24 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of ecstasy, battery on a police officer and illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile.
•Gabriel G. Martinez, 34, of 1222 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 29 and charged with DWI, no headlights, driver’s license not on person, a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
•Stephon K. Hunter, 22, of 149 JB Green Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on Oct. 28 and charged with DWI and speeding.
•Brandie S. Franklin, 27 of 114 Jenny Court in Montz, was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with simple battery.
•Christopher Medina, 21, of 406 Milling Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with aggravated arson and injury by arson.
•Terrance O. Bourgeois, 39, of 520 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 25 and charged with aggravated burglary, violation of a protective order, resisting an officer and simple battery.
•Angele Baker, 29, of 231 Maloney Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on Oct. 29 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Justin E. Cooley, 32, of 1401 Mississippi Ave. in Metairie, was arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Susan A. Linski, 58, of 1709 W. Frisco Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Oct. 27 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.
•Chantal D. Beasley, 37, of 2730 Richland St. in Kenner, was arrested on Oct. 23 and charged with monetary instrument abuse.
•Dawina G. Mclaren, 27, of 2343 Martin King Blvd. in New Orleans, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with aggravated burglary.
Thefts
•A handgun was stolen out of a vehicle at 305 Lorraine St. in Destrehan on Oct. 29.
•An iPad and an iPad case were stolen from 13001 Hwy. 90 in Luling on Oct. 29.
•A lawn mower was stolen from 150 St. Charles St. in Norco on Oct. 28.
•A Proflight XXL racing bike, a lighter and lighter fluid were stolen from 202 St. Anthony St. in Luling on Oct. 25.
•Assorted tools, a vacuum cleaner, an iPhone, a metal tool box and a wallet containing assorted credit and ID cards were stolen from 230 St. Jude St. in Destrehan on Oct. 25.
•A weed eater, a power drill and a Sawzall were stolen from 141 Gordon St. in Destrehan on Oct. 25.
•Assorted medication, a Playstation 3, assorted jewelry and a DVD were stolen from 205 St. Anthony St. in Luling on Oct. 27.
•A purse containing a wallet, assorted paperwork and ID cards were stolen out of a vehicle at 305 South Pin Oak Drive in St. Rose.
•Assorted donated items were stolen from 1601 Paul Maillard Road in Luling on Oct. 23.
•An iPad was stolen out of a vehicle at 253 Trailsway Drive in Hahnville on Oct. 23.
•A ring was stolen from 119 E. Oakland St. in St. Rose on Oct. 23.
•Two bicycles were stolen from 227 Vidal St. in Ama on Oct. 23.
•Three iPads and an iPad keyboard case were stolen from 200 Tiger Drive in Boutte on Oct. 23.
