Sheriff’s Reports 5-15-2013

Arrests

•Rafael E. Neives, 28, of 105 Farman St. in Westwego, was arrested on May 7 and charged with cruelty to animals and simple criminal damage.

•Tyrell J. Diggs, 20, of 1220 LA 52 in Luling, was arrested on May 7 and charged with aggravated battery, simple criminal damage under $500 and four St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachments.

•Mario A. McKinley, 51, of 1126 Daspit St. in Houma, was arrested on May 7 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, operating a vehicle under a suspended license and as a fugitive from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•Jonathan Botts, 22, of 224 Mary St. in Norco, was arrested on May 4 and charged with possession of marijuana second offense, prohibited drug paraphernalia and speeding.

•Cody Williams, 29, of 583 W. 59th St. in Cut Off, was arrested on May 4 and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule IV drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jodie Brooks, 22, of 318 Wade St. in Luling, was arrested on May 2 and charged with monetary instrument abuse.

•Jarrod Washington, 22, of 353 Sharon Ave. in Boutte, was arrested on May 2 and charged with illegal possession of stolen property, simple burglary and theft under $500.

•Amanda Comardelle, 26, of 105 Farrell Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on May 2 and charged with speeding and simple robbery.

•Kristian B. Knox, 37, of 2404 Tiffany Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on May 8 and charged with theft over $1,500.

•Juan A. Cruz, 27, of 102 Barton Ave. in Luling, was arrested on May 8 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and possession of hydrocodone.

Thefts

•Two window air conditioning units were stolen from 120 Clement St. in New Sarpy on May 7

•A 46-inch TV and an Xbox 360 game console were stolen from 131 Dianne St. in St. Rose.

•A wallet containing assorted ID cards was stolen from 88 Dunleith Drive in Destrehan.

•A 2000 Lincoln valued at $5,000 was stolen from I-310 Northbound in St. Rose.

•An Xbox game, a computer tablet, two laptops, a computer bag, a ladies wallet and a zip drive, together valued at $1,435, were stolen from 119 W. Easy St. in Norco on May 3.

•A 30 pound cylinder of freon R22 was stolen from 360 Goodhope St. in Norco on May 3.

•An iPhone valued at $700 was stolen from 11977 River Road in St. Rose on May 4.
