Arrests
• Erik J. Wagner, 19, of 224M Monsanto Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 19 and charged with D.W.I. and blocking Hwy./Driveway.
• Becky L. Matherne, 47, of 125 St. Joseph St. in Raceland, was arrested on Oct. 18 and charged with D.W.I., renewal registration and driving roadway lane of traffic.
• Britny M. Lasoyne, 23, of 132 Kennedy St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a controlled substance in presence of a juvenile, domestic abuse – child endangerment and obstruction of justice.
• Brandon S. Johnson, 23, of 132 Kennedy St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Oct. 17 for possession of marijuana, possession of doxepin hydrochloride, illegal use of a controlled substance in presence of juvenile, simple battery, domestic abuse-child endangerment and theft under $500.
• Maryann M. Bourgeois, 58, of 206 Forth St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 17 and charged with D.W.I., improper control of vehicle and resisting an officer.
• Sherlena Simmons, 26, of 806 Paul Frederick St. in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 17 for theft $500 – 1,500 and contempt of court.
• Jennie Young, 49, of 266 W. 1st St. in Edgard, was arrested on Oct. 19 and charged with D.W.I., failure to yield, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and no liability insurance.
• Alfred Williams Jr., 49, of 704 LaSalle Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Oct. 21 and charged with second-offense D.W.I. and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
Thefts
• A bicycle was stolen from 609 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose on Oct. 18.
• A cell phone was stolen from 13547 LA 631 in Boutte on Oct. 16.
• Four cell phones were stolen from 17625 River Road in Taft on Oct. 16.
• A pistol, hollow point bullets and a cartridge magazine were stolen from 129 Ann Lane in St. Rose on Oct. 16.
• A bicycle was stolen from 186 Maloney Road in Des Allemands on Oct. 16.
• A .22 caliber rifle valued at $200 was stolen from a vehicle at 229 River Village Drive in Destrehan.
• An Asus laptop computer was stolen from 310 Madewood Drive in Destrehan on Oct. 19.
