The faculty and staff at R. J. Vial Elementary recently nominated teachers for the recognition of Teacher of the Year.
Rachel Montet was chosen as the 2013-14 R. J. Vial Teacher of the Year. Montet is a teacher of Language Arts, a member of the school’s OLWEUS bully prevention team, and is a Data Team leader. Montet will represent the school at the district level.
In addition to Montet, Kelli Besse and Kathy Gruner were nominated for teacher of the year.
