Sheila C. Orgeron, 52, and a resident of Des Allemands, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. The family will honor her in a private memorial service. She is survived by her husband, Allen Orgeron, Jr., Daughter – Telisha Curole and beloved Son-in-law Timothy Curole, Jr., 3 Grandchildren- Iyanna, Timothy III, and Izarri Curole, and many siblings and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents Doris Turner and Russell Blackwell.
According to her, she was “A mom, grandmother, friend, and your worst enemy if ya deserve it.” She was loved by anyone that knew her. She was everyone’s Nanny or Maw-Maw and she couldn’t have been loved by us more. Many said she was “the kindest person they had ever met”. Relatives and friends of the family will miss her being the light in the room and the life of the party.
