Traynedra “Tray” Arena Pierre, 46, died on Sept. 11, 2017 at Centinela Hospital in Inglewood, Calif.
Pierre was a native of Killona, although she resided in Southern California later on in life.
She was the daughter of Alice and Dennis Pierre, the mother of Tan-Talaysha Bailey and grandmother of Sean’Pierre Lester; sister to Daune R. Pierre Sr. (Renata) and half-sister to Atoria Sykes; the niece of Lucinda Jackson (Arthur) and cousin of Renecia Jackson.
She is also survived by her nieces Da’Jaun Pierre, Da’Launya Pierre, and Talia Mc Carthey; nephew Daune R. Pierre Jr. great nieces Brynn Pierre, Baylee Pierre and great-nephew Aevryn Pierre, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Rena J. Stewart and paternal grandparents Kerry Pierre Sr. and Matlean Pierre.
Services will be held Friday Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. at South Los Angeles Mortuary Inc 1020 W. 94th St. Los Angeles, CA 90044.
