Perry J. Loupe

Born August 13,1952, entered into heaven on October 12,2021, Perry J Loupe was a joy to be around, he was energetic and had a great sense of humor.  His passions where spending time with his family, grand-children, and friends, avid Saints fan and pool player. He never knew a stranger.  Perry earned his pool title, “Top Gun” of Louisiana, and showcased his talent competing in Las Vegas, competitions.

Perry’s past time trade was a master Mechanic, always working on vehicles, sharing his knowledge to anyone. In his service to others, Perry was in the Des Allemands Volunteer Fire Department. He once held the positions of Safety officer and President.

Perry was employed by Occidental Petroleum Company in Geismar, enjoyed being a truck driver and making deliveries.

Perry J Loupe was born to late Florence and Louis Loupe of Grand Isle. He went on to meet the love of his life, Deborah Folse Loupe. Together they have two children Scott J. Loupe (Natalie) Tracy Loupe Usea (Clay). He has 4 Grandchildren, Jonathon Loupe (Tabitha), Crystal Lynn, Abigail Loupe, and Gabriel Loupe, and 2 Great-grandchildren Jordan and Mason Loupe. His brothers and sisters are Joyce (Ken)Langton, Connie Loupe, Dorina Loupe, and Terry (Missy) Loupe. He has numerous brother and sister in laws and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Diana S. Folse and several other family members.

Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home, in Raceland, on Sunday, October 17th from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and will continue on Tuesday, October 19th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Paradis, La from 9:00 A.M. until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M, with burial in St. Gertrude Cemetery in Des Allemands, La.
