Patricia Lee Costa Hoffman passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Dec. 24, 2018 after a long battle with ALS.
Patty is the beloved wife for 16 years to Kevin Hoffman’ loving mother of Ryan Costa (Jenna) and Hunter Hoffman; grandmother of Logan and Hadley; daughter of Gerri Costa, Sr. (Jerry) and Diane Carter (Terry, Sr.)’ sister of Gerri Costa Jr. (Kerry) and Cheryl Mahler (Douglas).
Patty is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step siblings, other relatives, and friends.
Patricia was actively involved in the ALS Association and was loved by her pALS & cALS. She had previously worked for Jackson Truck & Trailer and Abita Springs Water Co.
Funeral Services were held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairiewith interment at St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
