Mable A. Byrd, 79, died on July 30, 2019 at the Carpenter House of St. Joseph’s Hospice, River Ridge, La.
Byrd was a native of Edgard and resident of Hahnville.
She was the daughter of the late Simon Byrd and Alma Alexander Byrd; mother of Terrell D. Wilson, Tina M. Gross and Trina M. Campbell; sister of Yvonne Byrd Gaspard (Gerry), the late Veronica Green, Leo Royal and Warren Byrd.
She is also survived by three grandchildren, six great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, No. 1 Rectory Lane, Hahnville was held Aug 6 with Father Joel Cantone as celebrant.
