Juanita Medina Hymel passed away on Saturday January 27, 2024 at 10:19 am at the age of 90. She was a native and resident of Luling, La. Beloved wife of the late Charles J Hymel Sr. Mother of Charles Jr (Petesy) and Aaron (Stacey). Grandmother of Deidra Maillet (Arthur), Courtney Hymel, Danielle Hymel (Justin) and Dylan Hymel. Great Grandmother of Garett Hymel, Hunter Rose, Zoie Hymel, Bowen Rose, Gage Rose, Bryce Hymel, Abigail and Dorothy Maillet. She is also survived by her sister Carolina Durapau and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Altagarcia Medina; brothers, Francisco “Chico”, Pueblito Lee, Manuel, Joseph Valentine, Raphael “Pee Wee” and one sister Margarita Mendez.
Visitation will be held at Falgout Funeral Home, in Raceland, on Saturday, February 3rd from 9 am until service time. Funeral Services will be held in the parlor starting at 11 am with a private burial to take place at a later time.
