Dolores Landry Pizzolato passed away peacefully at her home in Luling, LA, on December 23, 2020, she was 83. She joins her loving husband, Thomas S. Pizzolato in heaven.
Loving mother of Jan DeJean (Bobby), Phyllis Pizzolato, Thomas Pizzolato, Jr. (Paula), Danna Olinger (Dwayne), and Craig Pizzolato. Devoted grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, she is also survived by her brother, Larry Landry, Sr.
Her parents, Emile Landry, Sr. and Anita Hebert Landry, and her siblings, Ida Mae Rome, Beverly Zeringue, Dorothy Roux, Emile Landry, Jr., Lewis Landry, and Alphonse Landry precede Dolores in death.
She will be remembered for her devotion to her religion, she was always in church, whether she were praying the rosary or volunteering. She loved to volunteer for the St. Joseph Alter, especially. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial for Dolores on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling, LA, at 11 AM. Visitation will begin at 8:30 AM. Interment will be held at St. Charles Mausoleum immediately following Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Our Lady of Guadalupe Healing Chapel are preferred.
