Bonnie Becnel Lorio passed away peacefully April 20, 2025, at the age of 83. She is survived by her three children, Duane Lorio (Trisha), Christi de Montluzin (late King), and Deron Lorio (Kelly). Grandchildren Connor, Emma, and Adam Lorio, Ryan de Montluzin, and Jackson Woods. She is also survived by her siblings, Morris “Keeter” Becnel and Tanya Becnel as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and family members.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Thelma Becnel and her brother, Gregory Becnel.
Bonnie retired from Monsanto and Banana Republic. She loved her family, and her grandkids, who were the light of her life. She enjoyed gardening, dancing, and crocheting. Her church and her faith were very important to her.
Bonnie was feisty and spunky until the end, she will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling, LA on Friday, May 2, 2025, visitation will be at 9:30AM with a Memorial Mass at 11AM.
