Billy Ray Kennedy, Jr., 53, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Born on September 4,1967, he is survived by his parents Billy Ray Kennedy, Sr. (father), Verna Domingue Fritz (mother) and siblings Angie Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy and Chad Kennedy, as well as several nieces, nephews, and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his brother Kirk Wayne Kennedy.
A private memorial service will be held for his immediate family. Memorial contributions can be made to any of his surviving siblings. The family would like to thank all of those who have reached out and sent well wishes and prayers during this difficult time.
