Lillian Christen Bergeron, 86, beloved wife of Henry “Bigjohn” Bergeron of 46 years, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
A native of Des Allemands and a lifelong resident of Paradis.
Loving mother of Linda C. Brown (Ronnie), Corlet C. Dufrene and Lorrie M. Cheramie. Proud grandmother of Shannon B. Darsam and great-grandmother of Kayla, Regan, Seth and the late Baby Girl Darsam.
Daughter of the late Mary Touchard Christen and Alfred Christen. Preceded in death by her brothers and sisters Nora C. Bourgeois, Clara C. Martin, Catherine C. Adam, Shirley C. Knuppel, Clyde, Lester and Sullivan Christen. Lillian is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends were invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Paradis on Friday, Oct. 18. Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
