Melvin J. Aysen, a native of Labadieville and resident of Luling, passed away Friday, Oct. 10, 2014, age 82.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, La. A visitation was held Wednesday, Oct. 15 at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Luling, followed by A Mass of Christian Burial with the burial then conducted in St. Charles Cemetery.
He is survived by his sons, Travis Aysen and Mark Aysen, daughters, Rhonda Ordoyne, Mary Edwards, and Gina Simoneaux, brothers Sterling Aysen and Gary Aysen, 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great -grandchild.He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul Aysen and Lena Richard Aysen and wife, Betty Gros Aysen.
Falgout Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
