Very Important Parishioners
Jackie Robert and Jane Petit, Luling Elementary School, Allison Hnatyshyn, Albert Cammon Middle School and Debra Gomez, Mimosa Park Elementary School have been awarded $250 teacher’s grants from the River Parishes Education Iniative. Only nine educators from three parishes got the honor. Congratulations!
Caitlyn Haynes and Andrew Thibodeaux have been named Catholic Youth Leadership Award winners for 2007.
Caitlyn and Andrew are seniors at Hahnville High School. She is the daughter of Kenneth and Myra Haynes of Luling and he is the son of Cherie Thibodeaux, also of Luling.
Tom Rogers has been named general manager and golf pro at Luling’s Willowdale Country Club in Luling.
