V.J. St. Pierre may only be in the infant stages of his parish presidency, but he is already facing controversy over some jokes he told at Albert Laque’s retirement party.
During the event, St. Pierre told three separate jokes that all had to do with sex. St. Pierre also made references to the St. Charles Parish “machine.”
