The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for information to identify the body of a black female found today (April 24) in a ditch along St. Rose Avenue.
Deputies located the body of the woman described as approximately 5 feet tall wearing thin, pink hair rollers.
Anyone with information that could help identify this person is asked to contact Det. Joseph Dewhirst at (985) 783-6807.
