The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a Luling teen who has been missing since Sunday afternoon.
Matthew Rapp, 14, of 124 Oak Lane in Luling, left his home yesterday following an argument with a family member. Rapp had his house keys and school ID with him when he left the residence.
Rapp is 5-foot-10 and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a grey jacket, white shirt and black shorts.
