A man who allegedly used an axe to break through the floor and gain entry to a Norco bar is being sought by police.
Early Sunday morning, security cameras in Norco’s Spillway Bar captured a white male suspect using an axe to chop a hole in the floor of the building.
The suspect then entered the business and unsuccessfully attempted to get into the safe, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives have identified Jeffrey Miller as a suspect, crediting several tips relayed after security camera photos and footage were posted on social media this week. A warrant has been issued for Miller’s arrest.
