Pizza Hut, Tiger Rock Martial Arts, Head Hunters Salon and Posh Salon & Spa in Luling will host a re-grand opening event on April 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 12438 US Highway 90.
The event will feature door prizes that include complimentary martial arts training or supplies, salon services or supplies and gift cards for pizza and wings. Pizza Hut and Remax Synergy will provide complimentary meals to all first responders and St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office employees.
St. Charles Parish Animal Shelter will also host a pet adoption event at the re-grand opening.
Remax Synergy Real Estate has managed the property at 12439 US Highway 90 since 2021. A fire last June in a snack shop in the building caused the stores to shut down. Jeff Melanin, the broker of Remax Synergy Real Estate, said that the company assisted all tenants through the incident and helped provide some temporary relocations.
After repairs and remodeling, Pizza Hut, Tiger Rock Martial Arts, Head Hunters Salon and Posh Salon & Spa reopened in January.
Melanin said the re-grand opening is an effort to reintroduce the businesses to the community.
“We have some outstanding business owners that care about our community and are excited to be a part of the Re-grand opening,” Melancon said. “We love St. Charles Parish and are excited to give back to our friends and neighbors.”
