A 21-year-old Montz man was arrested and charged with obscenity after a motorist on Airline Highway said the man exposed himself while driving down the road Friday night.
After seeing Joshua Garrett, of 128 Hollywood Park Road, expose himself, the woman followed Garrett to his home in Montz, according to the arrest report.
Once there, the woman called police and then identified Garrett when deputies arrived, Capt. Pat Yoes, spokesman with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, said.
Garrett is currently being held in the Nelson Coleman Correctional Center under a $15,000 bond.
