A Luling man with a criminal record as a sex offender has been arrested on new charges after a teenage boy said that he molested him, according to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Kevin Bordelon, 38, was booked with oral sexual battery, sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
Bordelon is accused of fondling a 14-year-old boy and having oral sex with the teen while they worked at a repair shop.
