A 38-year-old Luling man has been arrested on the accusation he had sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl.
Nicholas Palmisano, 38 and of 18 West Levert Drive in Luling, was arrested and charged with two counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, oral sexual battery and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
According to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, Palmisano allegedly had sexual relations with the girl on three separate occasions this year.
The girl was an acquaintance of Palmisano’s family, according to the Sheriff’s Office, which learned of the alleged abuse after the girl’s family learned of the incidents and reported the information to police.
Palmisano is being held at Nelson Coleman Correctional Center on a bond of $100,000. A court arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 27.
