Michelle Stuckey has joined the staff of the St. Charles Herald-Guide as Lifestyles Editor.
Stuckey came to St. Charles Parish from her hometown of Gulf Breeze, Fla., a suburb of Pensacola which was once a mecca for UFO sightings.
She graduated with a degree in journalism from the University of Florida, where she also studied art history.
She started her journalism career at the North Florida Herald in High Springs, Fla., and at the Gainesville Sun in Gainesville, Fla.
“I am so excited to be a part of such a welcoming and close-knit community,” Stuckey said. “I’m excited to keep the people of St. Charles Parish updated with what’s happening in their community.”
