‘We work within our clients’ individual needs’
GL Realty Group in Luling is not a one-size-fits-all brokerage.

The group includes Lendle, who is the principle broker and listing specialist; Lendle’s mother, Kay Giammanco, vice president, and Liz Hollingsworth, buyer specialist.
Their focus is residential properties, buying and selling, and working with some commercial properties, as well as several repeat investors who buy, rent out or flip properties.
Previously, the group operated as the Giammanco Lendle Group of Keller Williams Realty until they formed their own brokerage in February of this year.
Lendle, who brings seven years of experience to GL Realty Group, said the move made sense to become their own entity.
“We’re all born and raised here, and all graduated from Hahnville High School,” said Lendle of it being neat that they’re “a locally owned, hometown, boutique kind of brokerage.”
Lendle said their service area is from St. Charles Parish to New Orleans to the Northshore, and they focus on what they know.
“We know Luling,” she said. “We know St. Charles Parish, and we’re really using that marketing and advertising tool for new people coming into the area. Our past clients are happy with our services and continue referring us to friends and family.”
Lendle emphasized their company isn’t a one-size-fits-all operation, tailoring services to fit the client.
“We just work hard,” she said. “That’s what we do.”
