Jared C. Mealey, 19, of St. Rose was found shot to death Tuesday night according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responding to reports of shots fired around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday night in the Turtle Creek area of St. Rose found Mealey slumped over inside a still running vehicle. The Sheriff’s report says Mealey had obvious bullet wounds to his neck and face and no pulse when deputies found him.
