An 18-year-old St. Rose man, who allegedly exposed himself and touched a 15-year-old girl in a Destrehan High School classroom while a video was being shown, has been booked with sexual battery and molestation of a juvenile, the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office said. Ramon A. Vinnett, of 467 Fourth St., St. Rose, who was arrested on Nov. 20, was released the following Monday on a $15,000 bond.
