A Destrehan man has been charged with three counts of felony obscenity after he allegedly exposed his genitalia to passersby.Jeffery Joseph Craft, 27, of 30 Stanton Hal Drive, exposed himself indecently to three victims on two separate occasions while commuting on Ormond Boulevard, said Cpl. James Grimaldi, spokesman for the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation is ongoing.
