Two Des Allemands men have been arrested in connection with the rape of a 15-year-old girl, according to the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Mark J. Chabert, 20, of 209 Mark Drive, and Ryan Gauthier, 22, of 133 Murphy Lane, were both booked with two counts of aggravated rape. Both men remain in jail with bail set at $250,000.
According to authorities, the two men allegedly raped the girl, who was an acquaintance, on March 30. The girl later told a family member about the incident.
