AMPM’s goal is to help locals find jobs

Nestled along the banks of the Mississippi River, on the corner of River Road and Paul Maillard, lies AMPM Services.

The company was started by Archie Mollere in 1968, with a vision to bring job opportunities to St. Charles Parish and give locals a way to find employment.

This dream of Archie Mollere’s, almost 50 years ago, is still alive today under the leadership of his son, Gregory Mollere.

Gregory has continued to reach out to business and industry to find the perfect fit for their company. Born and raised in Luling, Gregory found the need to persevere in helping people achieve their potential of possible career choices.

Gregory exceeds all expectations as a boss, not only to his AMPM workers, but as well as serving the community. He is on the Board of Directors for United Way of St. Charles, a member of the Business and Industry committee, past winner of the Chamber of Commerce River Region Community Award and serves on the beautification of the historical society’s committee and Knights of Columbus Council 2409. Gregory also plays a major role in supporting the Board of Education by being a Partner in Education and was a former mentor for the HOSTS Program. He participates in various community events and demonstrates the qualities of a great leader.

Gregory believes that everyone deserves a chance to be placed in the perfect position that best fulfills their skills and qualifications. His goal is to give every person that walks through the doors of AMPM an opportunity to discuss their work experience and resume.

Today, AMPM Services reaches beyond the boundaries of St. Charles Parish and services the southeastern Louisiana area.

This family owned business has employed countless job seeking applicants who have made their mark on the community and in their life. Its success has continued due to the leader who is behind its daily operations.

Gregory Mollere’s ongoing generosity in meeting the needs of his employees and clients is why this thriving business continues to prosper in the community. Without Gregory or its hard working employees, AMPM Services would not be as successful as it is today.
