New Life Community Church, the joint ministry of Luling United Methodist and First Union Presbyterian, hosted Cokesbury’s Workshop of Wonders vacation bible school from June 23 through 27 and had approximately 125 children and volunteers in attendance each night. An offering was collected each evening and $600 was raised for the Louisiana Methodist Children’s Home.
