Paternal grandparents are Alberta Johnson and Albert Rose of Kenner.
• Makayla Marie Hymel was born on Jan. 31 to Kay and Michael Hymel of Norco.
Makayla weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Pamela and Irving Millet of LaPlace.
Paternal grandparents are Sherry and Dale Hymel of Norco.
• Ava Renee’ Dufresne was born to proud parents Shelley St. Pierre Dufresne and Wesley Dufresne of Montz on Feb. 26.
Ava weighed 8 pound 2.7 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Noelie Hotard McNeill and Emile St. Pierre of Destrehan.
