Alpha Daughters of Zion Domestic Violence Program hosted a therapeutic art workshop funded by the Valero Entergy Foundation for children called “Through Their Eyes.” Approximately 26 children and several parents attended the workshop at the Killona and St. Rose community centers. Workshop presenters were Holly Wherry of Whole Village Art Therapy. Children learn skill building and expressing themselves through art. A brunch was served. Alpha Daughters of Zion is a partner agency of United Way of St. Charles Parish.
