Callie is this week’s Humane Society showcase adoption pet.
Callie is a young female tortishell calico.
“Her pretty green eyes are made to fall in love with in an instant. She is playful, loves toys and sleeps like a kitten,” Humane Society officials said. “Stop by and adopt a pet!”
In addition to Callie, Humane Society officials said there are plenty of very playful pets whose only wish is to have a home.
The St. Charles Animal Parish Shelter is located at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
