Eugene and Patsy Starnes, of Norco, announced the engagement of their daughter, Tracey Marie Starnes to Adam Wesley Stephens, son of Dennis R. Stephens and Robin Stafford of LaPlace.
Starnes, the granddaughter of Ruby and Homer Cooper of New Sarpy, is a graduate of Destrehan High School and proud stay-at-home mother to Allie Marie Starnes.
Stephens, the grandson of Lee and Phyllis Stephens of Kentucky and Susan Titlow of West Virginia, is a graduate of East St. John High School and works for a local property construction firm as their lead technician.
The couple will be tying the knot June 2013 and will remain living in St. Charles Parish as husband and wife.
