St. Charles Borromeo Men’s Club will hold silent auction Aug. 30, also raffle on Chef Blaine Guillot meal for 10

The St. Charles Borromeo Men’s Club is inviting the community to their fundraiser Silent Auction on Sunday, Aug. 30 in the school gym.

There are still lunch tickets available for $9 each.

A ticket entitles participants to sample the Top Chef Contest entries as well as jambalaya donated by V.J. St. Pierre and gumbo donated by Ronald Rodrigue.

The silent auction and raffles are open to everyone whether present or not.

Come out on Aug. 30 from 10 a.m. to bid on the many auction items including a football signed by the three Mannings,  jewelry, housewares and much more.

Raffle tickets are also being sold for $1 each and include a chance to win a sterling silver handmade rosary, jewelry, microwave oven, Keurig Coffee System, bicycle and other items.  The feature raffle is a four-course dinner for 10 prepared in your home by Chef Blaine Guillot, a $1500.00 value. These tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

The tickets for the four-course dinner raffle are available at the rectory office and from members every day this week and then again the day of the auction.

The Saints game will be broadcast on a giant screen during the event.
