Radio Disney interviewed Hurst kids

Harry Hurst 8th graders Annie Duplantis, Ian Rogers, and Courtney Parker were recently interviewed on Radio Disney New Orleans 1450 for the Disney Kids Concerns Show that airs each Saturday.

Along with science teacher, Barry Guillot, they were interviewd about their participation in the Wetland Watchers Service-Learning Project.

Hurst student Courtney Parker said, “I think the work we do is important because we are teaching others to appreciate how important our home land is because this is where we live and we need to do what we can to help out local wetlands and to slow down coastal land loss in Louisiana.”
