Nutrition students cook it up at DHS

DESTREHAN – Students in Ms. Dufrene’s food and nutrition class recently learned about fondant cake.

Students Paige Granier, Jared Clay, Corey Brown, and Aimee Sylvester decided to make their cake based on a Mardi Gras theme.

After showing off their work to the administration and staff of DHS, the students enjoyed their hard work but sharing it with their class.
