Mimosa Park Elementary science class

Alana Cassell’s first grade class at Mimosa Park Elementary explored the properties science kit.

Students learned about different properties of solid objects, including weight, color and texture.

Mesiyah Brady and Sarah Green worked as partners to explore and compare the weight of solid objects. They discovered the lightest and heaviest objects on their trays. School officals said learning in Cassell’s class is a lot of fun with hands-on science activities such as these.
