Madere – Sassin Engagement
Angelle Madere and Brandon Sassin announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The couple will exchange vows on Friday, March 28, 2008. Angelle, a 2004 graduate of Hahnville High School, is the daughter of Brent and Caroline D. Madere of Luling. Brandon, a 2005 graduate of Hahnville High School, is the son of James and Tammy Sassin of Ama.
Blouin – Brown Engagement
Laura Marie Blouin is the daughter of Phyllis Guillot Blouin and the late O. J. Blouin, Jr. of Des Allemands. She is the Granddaughter of Azalie Marie Guillot and the late Nolan P. Guillot Sr. of Des Allemands and the late Oscar & Gloria Blouin of New Orleans.
Edward Ashley Brown is the son of Edward R. and Mary Norton Brown of Ider, Alabama. He is the Grandson of Milford E. Brown and Mr. & Mrs. O. Gene Clingan of Ider, Alabama and Mr. & Mrs. Charles T. Anderson of Conyers, GA and Mr. & Mrs. Grady R. Norton of Center Conway, NH
A spring wedding is planned in Ider, Alabama.
Junkin – Hawkins Engagement
Mr. and Mrs. Willie Junkin of Mansfield announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Anna Claire to Christopher Gregory Hawkins son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Hawkins of Luling.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nelda Laffitte of Shreveport and the late Ralph Laffitte, Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie Junkin of Delhi, LA. The groom elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Morrison, Sr. of Thomasville, AL and Betty Hawkins and the late Harold Hawkins of Bastrop, LA. The couple will exchange vows on October 20, 2007 at Moonlight and Lace.
Keller – Fontenot Wedding
Tonya Marie Keller and Ryan Keith Fontenot were united in marriage on June 2, 2007 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Luling.
Tonya is the daughter of Clifford ‘Jay’ and Krissie Keller of Luling.
Ryan is the son of Keith Fontenot and Jacklyn Fontenot of Luling.
Following the wedding ceremony a reception was held at the Jerusalem Shrine Center in Luling.
The couple then went on their honeymoon to the Sandals Resort in the Bahamas. The couple now resides in Luling.
