J.B. Martin Middle School in Paradis has announced its Students of the Month for February.They are Phoenix Team – Emily Schmill and Brady Dufrene; Thundercats Team – Kyleigh Ford and Madison Hebert; Hornets Team – Taji Sullivan and Jenah Hutchinson; Cool Cats Team – Kailen Schayot and Triston Schaubhut; Blaze Team – Maya Wilson and Jas Champagne, and All-Star Team – Laura Broussard and Kayla Martin.
Each month the school’s teachers discuss the progress students are making academically and socially. The conversation covers how individuals are exhibiting trustworthiness, honestly, caring, citizenship, respect and fairness, characteristics deemed important on how students grow as individuals.
