Humane Society Pet of the Week

This week’s St. Charles Humane Society’s showcase pet is Jake the dog.

“Jake is a 1-1/2 year old male pit bull mix. He is a very sweet, playful dog with lots of personality. His only wish is to be adopted and have his own doggie toys, ” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.

The shelter is at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
